I just want you to know how pleased we are with your representative, Liisa Arra, with respect to the recent sale of our home in York Mills. You are very fortunate to have someone like Liisa who makes us feel as if we are her only clients.

Our sale was fast and efficient and anyone looking on might think it was easy, but it all started several years ago when we asked for a free ‘appraisal’. I expected a quick look and a letter. I got a multi-page report listing comparable properties after she and her husband carefully measured and calculated the square foot area.

A year or two later (still not ready to sell) I asked for an up-date which I received resulting in an assessment reduction. You need not ask who we thought of when we wanted to sell!

My wife and I say: Thank you, Liisa, for seeing us through. We are 79 and 80 and need the kind of help we received.
